Connor Gluck is a Biogeochemical Laboratory Analyst working with Kelly McCabe, Ashley Burtner, and Casey Godwin, PhD, on nutrient analysis in support of the HABs research team. His research in graduate school focused on the fate and bioavailability of resuspended phosphorus in Lake Erie’s western basin. As a part of this, he assisted in the development and refinement of techniques to measure phosphorus in biomolecules. He additionally worked on a project to quantify the effect of hypoxia on the color change in sediment. Prior to graduate school, Connor worked in environmental enforcement for air quality standards in Cleveland, OH.
