I configure and develop ice-ocean-ecosystem models, and mainly focusing on sea ice-ocean dynamics and physical-biological interaction. My recent projects are mainly on Sea Ice-Ocean Models and Physical-Biological models in the Great Lakes, the Bering Sea, and the Arctic Ocean. The most used models are the Princeton Ocean Model, the FVCOM, and a self-developed 3D physical-biological model.
